Curated by Tatia Tsertsvadze, this project explores the artistic practice of Misho Polshin, a young artist who merges literature and visual art. Inspired by books, Polshin reimagines iconic figures from both Georgian and international literature, offering a fresh perspective on well-known narratives.
A key highlight is his manga adaptation of Ryūnosuke Akutagawa’s stories—an innovative visual narrative that reflects a profound understanding of storytelling.
This exhibition is part of my ongoing curatorial practice, where I explore the intersections of visual storytelling, literature, and contemporary artistic expression.
